Rates

All prices for residential customers provided with VAT, excluding shipping. Prices in this catalog are normally until the new directory is published. Prices can be affected by factors such as Sanicare can not influence: this may for example be due to major changes in commodity prices, transportation rates and / or major changes in the foreign exchange market. We reserve for typographical errors in the catalog.

Payment Terms

Against invoice, 30 net days.

Credit protection

We reserve the right to make a credit check before we deliver ordered goods.

Retail delivery

Smaller items are delivered by mail. Other items are delivered by domestic mail packages, corporate mail packages or home delivery mail packages. Recorded mail packages must be picked up at specific delivery points. See notice.

Shipping to company / municipality

Items are shipped directly to the corporate address provided. When ordering, we always require your corporate identity if you are a new customer.

We choose the delivery method that suits you best.

Damaged delivery

Damaged delivery demands should be done directly to the delivery company.

Delivery

3-5 business days after receipt of order. We reserve the right to end the sale of certain products, colors or sizes. Normally, we keep all products in the catalog and deliver within 3-5 business days from time of order. However, we reserve the right to have products out of stock. You will receive a notice in case a product you ordered is out of stock.

Returns

We replace all unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt in such cases as for example erroneous orders. Please let us know via phone, email or letter before you return goods.

Complaints

Faulty products are returned at no cost to the client. The new exchange product will be sent free of charge to you. Please contact us before you return any product on the phone 020-58 10 10.

Stock notification

If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will receive a notice of expected delivery date. In case you want to cancel your order, you can do this without additional costs.

Reminder fee

If the bill despite a first reminder is not paid on time, there is a requirement fee of 40 crowns at the second reminder. If the invoice still remains unpaid after this, leaving the matter to the collection and additional charges apply. If anything is unclear, it is always best to contact us.

Personal Information

Sanicare AB / Sanicare Direct is responsible for the personal information that customers provide to us. Your personal information is used to enable us to fulfill our commitment to you and to, where appropriate, obtain credit information in connection with your order, and to send you promotional materials. The data is used only by Sanicare AB and Sanicare Direct. We do not combine the personal information, except for credit, with any other registers. If you don't want any mailings from us we would be grateful if you let us know.

We follow the Consumer Purchase Act in all matters not covered in the above conditions.
